Is everything in your shop handmade?

Yes! I hand make everything in my studio in Vancouver.

Where do you source your materials?

​

I buy my leather, fabric and accessories mostly locally in Vancouver. I don't get wholesale prices for my materials because I only get small quantity at a time so many of my pieces are limited. 

 

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

​

Most of my pieces are made to order, unless I have them in stock, it takes about 5-7 business days to be made and shipped out. 

 

Do you ship outside of Canada?

 

We ship worldwide.  

All orders within Canada are shipped using Canada Post Regular Post or Canpar (3-7 business days). All orders within the USA and international are shipped with USPS. US orders can be delivered as soon as 3 business days. International orders take about 2 weeks.

For any international orders, please note that you are responsible for the duties and taxes should they arise.

Do you offer local pick up?

​

If you live in the Vancouver area, we offer free local pick up. Upon placing your order, please select the local pick-up option. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.

Do you take custom order?

​

Yes we do take custom orders, if you have a specific design in mind. Prices will be adjusted according to the design.
